| Training Division Tasks and Responsibilities Training academic, administrative, and technical staff in all colleges, institutes, and departments of the university Strengthening the connection between the university and the community, including state institutions and civil society organizations, through training courses. Collaborating with Iraqi and international universities and exchanging training information and expertise. Identifying training needs of university employees and implementing them. Providing all necessary requirements for training programs. Evaluating training course outcomes through feedback. Entering and updating data related to planned and executed training programs within a dedicated database. Organizing workshops and scientific seminars according to proposed plans. Preparing curricula for training courses. Publishing an annual course guide and distributing it to state departments. Archiving and entering training courses into the electronic system. Coordinating with the Administrative Division on documentation. Following up on the implementation of training courses in university formations and the center. |

Responding to the ministry and all state departments with official letters. Archiving all official correspondence and orders related to the center. Managing official leave requests for center staff. Handling incoming and outgoing mail. |
| Development Division Continuously improving training methods in line with modern global techniques. Working on the development of training course curricula. Enhancing the center’s information systems. Proposing and implementing training projects related to community service and the labor market. |
