its institutions that the Council of Ministers’ decision does not, in any way, affect the university service allowances granted to full-time university service employees in accordance with the law. It also does not affect the allowances granted pursuant to the provisions of Paragraphs (First) and (Second) of Article (14) of the University Service Law to both technical and administrative staff. Furthermore, the content of Paragraph (7) of Council of Ministers Decision No. (40) of 2026 is consistent with the legal provisions stipulated in the University Service Law, which remain in force.
