- Issuing university orders for transferring the services of our university staff (teaching and administrative) (within the university / to and from our university).
- Issuing university orders for seconding our university staff (teaching and administrative) (within the university / to and from our university).
- Correspondence with all colleges regarding secondments and service transfers.
- Correspondence with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding secondments and service transfers.
- Correspondence with all universities regarding service transfers and secondments.
- Preparing statistics on service transfers and secondments for all previous years.
- Following up on circulars from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for all colleges regarding transfers and secondments.
- Preparing briefings for the University President and Administrative Assistant regarding all of the above.
- Issuing university orders for appointments and reappointments at our university (teaching and administrative staff).
- Preparing statistics on appointments and reappointments for all previous years.
- Responding to circulars from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
- Preparing reports on appointments and reappointments.
- Providing the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research with statistics on top-ranking students.
- Issuing university orders related to contracts in accordance with Council of Ministers Resolution No. 315 of 219.
- Working on electronic systems: Top Students Appointment System / Leave System / Activities System.
- Following up and approving the university staff structure (University Presidency, colleges, and all institutes).
- Monitoring and auditing all staff changes, including transfers / promotions / political dismissals / job title changes / appointments and reappointments, documenting and archiving them electronically.
- Issuing university orders regarding staff structures.
- Issuing university orders for changing job titles according to Law No. 13 of 212 for university staff.
- Working on the electronic staff system, Top Students Information System, Electronic Leave System, and Activities Documentation System.
- Issuing university orders for promotions for all university staff, colleges, and institutes, including teaching and administrative staff.
- Preparing minutes of the Central Promotions Committee for approval by the Administrative Assistant and University President, then submitting them to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for ministerial approval.
- Verifying employee eligibility for allowances and promotions, ensuring completion of a full work year, availability of a vacant position, completion of the required duration, and competency of the employee for the intended promotion, then issuing the corresponding university orders according to applicable laws and regulations for University Presidency staff.
- Issuing university orders for allowances for University Presidency staff according to the university's networked allowance system.
- Working on the electronic promotions system.
- Issuing university orders for transferring the services of our university staff (teaching and administrative) (within the university / to and from our university).
