Ethical Guidelines

Following the principles of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration for regulating research conducted on humans (according to ethical and religious guidelines), protecting the identity of the target group in research, safeguarding their personal information, and taking the utmost precautions to prevent this information from reaching others under any circumstance or excuse.

Respecting Intellectual Property Rights of Scientific or Industrial Information and Data

Intellectual property is legally protected by rights that enable individuals to gain recognition for their innovations or inventions. The intellectual property system aims to establish a balanced relationship between the interests of innovators and those of the public. It also provides a supportive environment for researchers that fosters creativity and innovation. Therefore, such information or data cannot be used unless prior authorization exists between collaborating parties (governmental, investment, or private). Otherwise, the violating party is considered in breach of research ethics and bears all legal, administrative, and ethical consequences that do not conflict with law or religious principles.

Following Safety and Security Rules in Research Laboratories

Emphasizing the commitment of researchers to scientific and methodological principles that ensure the safety and security of researchers, the community, public health, and the environment during all stages of scientific research.
