In line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – Directorate of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up, and under the supervision of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, the Continuing Education Center at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University organized a training program to develop the skills of administrative leadership and human resources across all university formations.
The training program included two courses. The first course focused on legal affairs, while the second course addressed administrative skills for unit and division managers in the formations of Najaf Governorate.
It is noteworthy that the training program lasted for a week and covered a number of important and impactful topics in administrative work. These topics included strategic planning skills, administrative organization, job description, delegation of authority, administrative correspondence, and meeting management. The program also addressed how to prepare feasibility studies and reengineering processes.
The courses were conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Dhurgham Hassan Al-Abdali from the Administrative Technical College and Assistant Professor Dr. Hashim Jabbar from the Technical Institute of Babylon.
