1- Circulate all decisions and instructions related to graduate students from the Ministry to the colleges and institutes of the university and follow up on their implementation.
2- Issue university orders for graduate students from the university's colleges and institutes for the first, second, and supplementary sessions.
3- Follow up on handling cases of graduate students and send them to the Ministry.
4- Send the names of graduate students from the university's colleges and institutes in health and medical departments to the Ministry of Health for the first, second, and supplementary sessions for inclusion in centralized appointment according to the medical ranking system.
5- Identify the top students in the university's colleges and institutes and send their names to the Ministry for recognition; determine the top 10% of students in institutes for continuing their initial studies.
6- Follow up on graduate students’ objections (name corrections, grades, graduate rankings) and send them to the colleges and institutes.
7- Respond to letters issued by the Financial Control Department regarding graduate students.
8- Circulate letters related to naming the graduation session to all colleges and institutes of the university and send them to the Ministry for session naming.
9- Follow up on determining graduation dates for the first and second sessions and circulate them to all colleges and institutes of the university.
10- Monitor colleges’ and institutes’ auditing of high school documents of admitted students in each year.
11- Send letters from authorized personnel in colleges and institutes to the Ministry for document authentication.
