He graduated from the Engineering Technical College / Najaf in 2002. The fourth sequence was scored on the communication section . He then obtained his master’s degree in Communication Engineering from the Technological University of Baghdad in 2005. He started his career teaching at the Islamic University and then teaching at the Technical Education Authority ( currently Middle Euphrates University) . He completed his educational career at the National University of Malaysia to get his PhD in Communication Engineering in 2015. He has several research papers published in scientific journals dealing with the topics of image processing, encryption and digital embedding techniques . He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering at the Faculty of technology/Najaf, where he received the third place in his class in 2002. After graduating, he was employed by the United Nations/World Food Program until 2006 in central and southern Iraq. He supervised and coordinated a range of activities related to the installation and maintenance of several communication systems such as HF and VHF, as well as computer networks and internet servers. He also worked on the establishment of ICT headquarters and the use of their capabilities to Improve UN operations in the central region offices with local and foreign UN experts. In mid-2006, Bashar joined Umniah as a communications engineer, and was promoted to project manager in 2008, then to general supervisor of all engineering operations in 2009 and vice president of engineering operations in 2011. His tasks are manifested in the management and supervision of the subdivisions of the engineering operations department with all its engineers and technicians and work to ensure the achievement of the company’s vision in providing the best services through excellence in implementation, as this implementation usually includes leading the comprehensive program plan, which includes planning, implementation and supervision of all tasks between functional disciplines such as switches, terminals, micro and optical management and others on the other hand, ensuring the implementation of this work within the specified times and without obstacles. He also works in developing the technical strategy with the chief executive engineer and maintaining the application of a technical roadmap that will continue to innovate from an engineering and technical point of view.

Dr. Alia abdelhossein LAF’tah
Established a programming club accredited by the British Raspberry Pi Foundation in Najaf governorate. Its goal was to spread knowledge and develop the skills of children and young people in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics. She participated in many international conferences and events, gave presentations and workshops on artificial intelligence and robotics. She has also contributed to the training of many trainers on how to teach this technology to children and young people. Her most important achievements in robot tournaments:
* 2022: participated as a coach with the Iraqi teams in the thirteenth Arab robot Championship held in Egypt. Her team achieved advanced status .She also participated with a team in the world competition, which was electronically from Malaysia, and the team won the second place globally.
* 2023: participated as a certified referee in the XIV Arab robot Championship held in Qatar.
* 2024: participated as a coach of the “innovation” team in the fifteenth Arab robot Championship held in Amman – Jordan.
The team achieved the first place in the Arab world in the most difficult competition, where university students and professors compete to put forward innovative projects and achieve the goals of sustainable development in addition to community service.
