During the blessed Ramadan nights, Prof. Dr. Fadel Muhammad Zahir, Dean of the Karbala Technical Institute, hosted representatives of the Institute’s departments for a breakfasting banquet (Iftar) outside the Institute to strengthen ties between the Deanship of the Institute and the students. The Dean thanked the student representatives for their efforts in carrying out the roles for which their peers elected them. He emphasized that the task of the student representative goes beyond simply transferring requests to and from the Institute’s Deanship but also includes diagnosing the Institute’s strengths and weaknesses and providing suggestions, solutions, and constructive criticism in a way that fosters a sense of belonging.
