In implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to complete the requirements of the Digital Transformation and Automation Center System, which is a key pillar of the Ministry’s future strategies. These strategies aim to provide a digital infrastructure that supports the Ministry’s vision of simplifying administrative procedures in line with the governmental program. Furthermore, they strive to deliver a higher level of new digital educational services that meet international standards in terms of education quality, reliability, and e-governance. This ensures the timely and efficient completion of all Ministry-related tasks across its departments, universities, students, and faculty, enabling comprehensive digitalization and full electronic transformation—ultimately benefiting the Ministry and serving the public.
The Department of Electronic Computing at the University Presidency organized an extensive workshop on the Human Resources Management System (HR) and the Privileges Management System.
The participants were welcomed by Assistant Professor Dr. Malik Neamah Hawas Al-Khazraji, Dean of the Al-Mussaib Technical Institute.
The workshop covered several topics, including how to upload official data and documents to the system and how to assign access privileges to responsible employees. It was emphasized that the department is determined to hold many similar training sessions and that it is essential to adopt these new digital services launched by the Ministry in order to streamline work procedures and expedite task execution.
It is worth noting that this strategic initiative is grounded in the Iraqi Government Program, focusing on development and aspiring to deliver its resources and requirements to all state institutions.
The workshop was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Taameem Hameed Ubaidah, Director of the Electronic Computing Center, along with Ms. Rowaida Hussein Kamel, HR Officer and faculty member.
