A delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – the Minister’s Office visited Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University to follow up on the performance of the heads of the Follow-up Division units, and to evaluate them at the university presidency and its formations, in order to select those who demonstrate competence and excellence in performance.
The delegation met with the Administrative Assistant to the University President, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abdul-Muhsin Al-Majtoumi, in his office, in the presence of the Director of the Follow-up Department, Mr. Sarhan Al-Hijami, to review the key recommendations of the Minister’s Office regarding the selection of the heads of the Follow-up units to improve performance quality.
The visit also included performance evaluations for each of the heads of the Follow-up units by a specialized committee, along with conducting interviews for them in accordance with the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The ministerial delegation held a meeting with all heads of the Follow-up units at the university and reviewed the working mechanisms adopted in monitoring the implementation of recommendations.
The delegation also visited the university’s formations and reviewed the workflow and quality of performance within them.
It is worth noting that the visit aimed to select qualified heads of the Follow-up units and to enhance the quality of work performance at the university presidency and all its formations.
