The Cultural Relations and Missions Department at Middle Euphrates Technical University serves as the university’s window to the external world and a bridge connecting it with global academic institutions. It enhances academic and cultural partnerships and develops scientific and knowledge exchange programs.

Established since the university’s founding in 2014, the department is linked to the Office of the Assistant University President for Scientific Affairs. It plays a fundamental role in signing memoranda of understanding and partnership agreements with local and international universities. The department aims to support the university’s journey toward global recognition and achieve excellence in research and education, in addition to promoting values of tolerance and cultural understanding.

For Middle Euphrates Technical University to become a global leader in academic and cultural cooperation by developing joint educational and research programs with universities and institutions worldwide, and enhancing its role as a scientific and cultural beacon contributing to building a sustainable future for local and global communities.

Enhance cooperation with academic and research institutions worldwide to build solid relationships based on achieving common goals in education and research.

2. Providing Academic and Cultural Exchange Opportunities

Facilitate exchange programs between university students and faculty and their counterparts from global universities, allowing the exchange of experiences and knowledge between different cultures.

3. Enhancing Academic and Research Competence

Support sending students and faculty members on advanced study and training missions to develop their skills and enhance their academic and research expertise.

4. Encouraging Advanced Scientific Research

Develop a research environment that supports innovation and enhances research capabilities through cooperation with global research institutions to find solutions to global challenges.
