President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University Inspects Registration Halls for Applicants to the College of Applied Sports Sciences Technologies
Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, inspected this morning the registration halls for students admitted through the direct admission channel to the College of Applied Sports Sciences Technologies. The visit aimed to monitor, first-hand, the progress of registration procedures and the students’ commencement of their academic enrollment.
He was received by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Naseer Ahmed Kamel, along with the administrative staff responsible for registration. During the visit, Al-Zubaidi toured the registration halls and reviewed the procedures for receiving new students, verifying their documents, and completing their registration formalities efficiently and smoothly.
During his tour, Al-Zubaidi emphasized the importance of simplifying procedures for students and their families and providing all necessary facilities to ensure a smooth registration process free from unnecessary complexity and bureaucracy. He also stressed the importance of adopting a supportive and caring approach toward students and providing them with the necessary guidance regarding the College’s regulations and academic requirements.
He noted that the establishment of the College of Applied Sports Sciences Technologies reflects the University’s commitment to introducing specialized academic programs that meet the needs of the labor market and keep pace with scientific and technological developments in the field of sports sciences.
For their part, the students and their families expressed their appreciation and gratitude to the University President for his direct follow-up and commitment to removing obstacles facing them. They also commended the significant efforts made by the College’s administration and staff in welcoming and assisting the newly admitted students.
The University President was accompanied during his tour by Professor Dr. Bashar Jabbar Hamza, Dean of the Higher Institute for Nanotechnology for Postgraduate Studies, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Al-Zuhairi, University Secretary.
