The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bayt Al-Hikma, Dr. Naeem Abd Yasser Al-Aboudi, received in his office on Sunday, 12 July 2026, the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, along with his accompanying delegation.
The visit included extending congratulations and best wishes to Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi on the occasion of assuming his duties as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bayt Al-Hikma. The meeting also addressed prospects for scientific and cultural cooperation between Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University and Bayt Al-Hikma, in a way that contributes to supporting joint academic and research activities.
For his part, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi welcomed the distinguished guests and expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the visit. He emphasized the importance of strengthening scientific cooperation between Iraqi universities and research and study centers. He also reviewed scientific and cultural plans and ideas aimed at participating in seminars and conferences held at Bayt Al-Hikma, as it represents an Iraqi scientific and cultural platform dedicated to highlighting Iraqi creativity and excellence across various fields of knowledge.
The delegation included Professor Dr. Bashar Jabbar Hamza, Dean of the Higher Institute of Nanotechnology; Dr. Athir Kazim Abadi, Dean of the Technical Institute of Kufa; Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, Dean of the Technical Institute of Najaf; and Dr. Fares Mohammed Ali Al-Jaafari, Dean of the College of Medical Rehabilitation Technologies and Prosthetics.
