Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, visited Al-Najaf Technical Engineering College as part of his ongoing efforts to monitor the educational process within the university’s departments across Al-Najaf campuses. He was welcomed by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hasnain Ghani Al-Husseini, along with the senior staff of the college.
During the visit, Dr. Al-Zubaidi inaugurated the extension of the Building established for the Building and Construction Engineering Department, which includes modern lecture halls, as well as the newly constructed sports field at the college. The lecture halls are equipped with modern technologies and all necessary facilities to ensure high-quality education.
The opening ceremony was attended by Dr. Ahmed Ghanem Wadi, the vice President for Scientific Affairs, as well as the deans of the Technical Institutes of Diwaniya and Najaf, Professor Dr. Zaid Maen Al-Dulaimi and Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali. The Director of the Student Activities Department, the head of the Student Activities Division, and members of the college also attended.
Dr. Al-Zubaidi delivered a speech that praised the efforts of the College’s deanship in improving the services provided to students and staff by focusing on the development of infrastructure and creating a conducive academic environment.
