The Board of Directors of the Higher Education Fund at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Kazem Al-Zubaidi, and in the presence of the board members, including Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Mujtomi, Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, along with the heads of the relevant departments.
During the meeting, the items listed on the agenda and those included in the minutes of the Fund Board meetings in the university’s formations were reviewed, and the necessary decisions were taken accordingly.
The recommendations included providing financial support to a number of university formations to ensure the continuity of the educational process, develop the university’s infrastructure, and support scientific activities across the university’s formations. This aims to enhance the university’s academic performance and keep pace with developments in well-established international universities, following the review and auditing of the submitted financial statements for the stated purposes.
The University President emphasized the importance of the optimal investment of resources to achieve the university’s goals and mission, foremost of which is the provision of high-quality technical education.
