The Holy Shrine of Imam Ali concluded the activities of the specialized training course entitled “Workplace Stress and Crisis Management,” which was held under the sponsorship and direct supervision of the Continuing Education Center at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University. The course aimed to enhance administrative skills and develop the professional capacities of the participating personnel.
The intensive three-day training course commenced on Saturday, August 29, 2026, and was delivered by Ministerial Trainer, Lecturer Kadhim Thaer Younis Al-Asadi. The training program covered several key topics, focusing on effective ways of dealing with stressful work environments, mechanisms for anticipating administrative and field-related crises, and the development of proactive plans to address such crises successfully.
The course witnessed a high level of interaction among the participants through practical workshops and field-based activities addressing modern best practices in self-control and emotional regulation to ensure sound decision-making during critical situations. These activities contributed to enhancing financial and administrative performance and improving the institutional work environment.
This cooperation between the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali and Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University is part of a series of joint scientific and training programs and activities aimed at continuous professional development and at supporting national personnel by providing them with contemporary knowledge, skills, and expertise.
