The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudy, met in his office the President of ALFurat ALAwsat Technical University, Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairy. At the beginning of the meeting, the President of the University expressed his thanks and high appreciation to the Minister for his continuous support to the university, which resulted in resolving one of the most important files related to the confirmation of contracts.
Petro yuanAl-Zuhairy also gave a brief presentation on the most important initiatives recently adopted by the university to achieve the best levels of performance at various scientific and administrative levels and community service including the university’s steps towards digital transformation and the programs and specializations that the university intends to develop to meet the needs of the labor market. Al-Zuhairy briefed the minister on the stages of work progress in the projects adopted by the university within the reconstruction campaign witnessed by all institutions, which will secure a university environment.
For his part, His Excellency the Minister stressed the support for all initiatives that would improve the performance level and make the university an active element in society through the ideas, visions, and proposals it presents that contribute to finding solutions to real problems in various sectors and push the wheel of progress forward.
