• Trainer Hassan Al-Hindawi, Head of Training at the Systems Center affiliated with the Holy Alawi Shrine,

These participants engaged in discussions regarding the logistical and academic preparations for the training series, aiming to equip graduates with the skills required by the private sector.

Assistant Professor Dr. Ameer Hussein Mohammed, Head of the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division, highlighted that the meeting covered several core areas. These included the training curriculum, proposed start dates, the challenges graduates face in the job market, and mechanisms to enhance their employability through skill development.

The attendees deliberated on the curriculum details, main themes, trainers’ qualifications and experience, effective training methodologies, and the selection procedures for applicants. The goal was to determine an optimal number of participants to ensure the courses’ success and alignment with their intended outcomes.
