As part of the university’s efforts to enhance its academic environment, and within the framework of field visits by the President of the University to its colleges and institutes within the geographical scope to monitor the progress of construction and development projects, the President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, reviewed the completion rates of projects at the College of Health and Medical Techniques/ Kufa under Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University. These efforts aim to ensure a safe and comfortable university environment for students.
Dr. Al-Zubaidi inspected the ongoing work on the college’s projects, which include the construction of new scientific department buildings, an annex to the library, lecture halls, laboratories, and other service facilities. The projects are advancing steadily, contributing to making the college an exemplary and attractive academic environment, supporting the expansion of postgraduate programs, and accommodating the increasing number of students in both morning and evening studies.
Prof. Dr. Angham Jasim Al-Ramahi, the Dean of the College, stated that the objective of these projects is to enhance the infrastructure and meet the requirements of sustainable development, most notably strengthening the quality of education.
During his field tour, the University President was accompanied by Professor Dr. Ahmed Ghanem Wadai, Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs, the Dean of the College, and senior staff from both the University Presidency and the College.
