The President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al-Zubaidi, visited the Technical Institute of Najaf as part of his ongoing tours to monitor the educational process across the university’s campuses. He was welcomed by the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Al-Abdali, and the senior staff.
During the visit, the new Dean’s building was inaugurated, along with modern laboratories and workshops for the Department of Cosmetic and Laser Technologies, fully equipped for practical training. Additionally, the CNC machinery workshop was opened, complete with all necessary equipment, ensuring the provision of high-quality education.
The inauguration was attended by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Ahmed Ghanim Wadi, the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdul Mohsen Al-Majtoumi, members of the University Council, and Institute staff.
In his remarks, Dr. Al-Zubaidi praised the Institute’s administration for their efforts to elevate the quality of services provided to students and staff by enhancing infrastructure and the university environment.
